Can I Link this program to QuickBooks?

on in Website technologies

b2ap3_thumbnail_11847332-quickbooks-logo.jpgQuickBooks revolutionized accounting for small businesses; since it’s launch in 1994 it grew to captured as much as 85% market share; market share has moderated slightly due 'finally' to some legitimate competition but QuickBooks is by far the dominate player.   It remains outstanding software; every year Intuit updates and improves their product.   For most small businesses it remains the de facto choice.

However QuickBooks has one big flaw; it does not allow for native importing of other system data.  Most business owners are unaware that they can import into QuickBooks but with a little custom programming we have seamlessly and securely integrated existing inventory control systems and various third-party software, particularly shopping-carts with QuickBooks.

Consider the benefits of integrating your systems:

  • Eliminates double entry and reduces errors
  • Improves efficiency and saves time
  • Links QuickBooks to shopping carts, industry or custom 3rd party software
  • Internal control: Tax auditors focus on processes rather than individual transactions

You will never go wrong choosing QuickBooks for your accounting software; by virtue, however of the comprehensiveness of the program it can take time to learn and there are also less expensive options.   If not already using QuickBooks you may find the following discussion of accounting software options helpful.
